Hypnosis - Hypnotherapy:

 

I often think I am not using hypnotism,  

but rather DE-HYPNOTIZE people in our sessions together. 

Learning to make a change in life - no matter how small, has unbelievable ripple effects in every aspect of our lives.

Hypnotherapy is a safe way of bypassing our conscious mind (that's the one that has all the tapes running....the thought patterns that hold us back) and talk directly to the subconscious mind - in a state of deep relaxation, our mind will accept suggestions as they are -that's where the change happens! The hypnotic state is completely safe, as the client is at all times fully aware of what is going on around him and what is being said and done during the session. The client is also free to stop at any time should anything not fell comfortable for him or her anymore. More here...

Wellness Coaching:
Wellness coaching is a partnership between a me as your coach and you, the client and as a team, we support the achievement of extraordinary results, based on goals set by us together. Through
the process of coaching, you focus on the skills and actions needed to successfully produce your personally relevant results. Through
the coaching process the clarity that is needed to support the most effective actions is achieved. This process brings forth greater focus and awareness of possibilities then leading to more effective choices.  You can expect to experience fresh perspectives on personal challenges and opportunities, enhanced thinking and decision making skills, enhanced interpersonal effectiveness, and increased confidence in carrying out your chosen work and life roles.
